Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 August 2026
By registering for or attending the Spine Relief Masterclass, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.
About the masterclass
The Spine Relief Masterclass is a free, live, educational session of approximately 90 minutes, delivered online. Dates, timings, format and content may change; we will notify registrants of material changes by email.
Registration
Registration is free and personal to you. Please provide accurate contact details — an incorrect email or WhatsApp number is the most common reason attendees do not receive their joining link. Seats may be limited, and we may close registration or decline a registration at our discretion.
Medical disclaimer
The masterclass and all related materials are educational only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you heard in a session.
Consult your doctor before starting any new movement, breathing or lifestyle practice, especially if you have a diagnosed condition, recent injury or surgery, are pregnant, or experience severe or worsening symptoms. Stop immediately and seek medical help if any practice causes pain or discomfort. You take part at your own risk.
No guarantee of results
Individual results vary. Any experiences, testimonials or examples shared are personal to the people involved and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.
Intellectual property
All session content, slides, recordings, downloads and this website are owned by Siddhartha Yoga and are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, copy, resell or redistribute them without written permission.
Acceptable use
- Be respectful to the host and other attendees in the session and in any group chat.
- Do not share the joining link publicly or post promotional, harmful or unlawful content.
- We may remove anyone from a session or group for breaching these terms.
Recording
Sessions may be recorded for replay or training purposes. Attendee cameras and microphones are normally off; if you turn yours on or post in the chat, that may be captured in the recording.
Third-party platforms
Sessions and communications are delivered through third-party platforms such as video conferencing, email and WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siddhartha Yoga and its team are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the masterclass, its materials, or any technical interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or attendance at a session after an update means you accept the revised terms.
