Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us when registering for the masterclass or requesting a free resource.

• Contact details: your name, email address and WhatsApp number (including country code).
• Registration answers: whether you experience chronic back pain, the profile that best describes you, and your primary pain challenge.
• Technical data: basic details your browser sends, such as approximate location, device type and referring page.

How we use your information

• To confirm your seat and send you the joining link, reminders and replays.
• To deliver the free resources you requested, such as the 7-Day Back Pain Relief Starter Kit.
• To send you educational content and information about future sessions or programmes. You can opt out at any time.
• To tailor the session content to the challenges attendees report most often.

Health information

The pain-related answers you provide are used only to make the masterclass more relevant to you. We do not use them to diagnose, treat or make any clinical decision, and we do not sell them.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the masterclass — for example webinar hosting, email and messaging platforms, and our hosting provider — and only to the extent needed to provide that service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Communications and opt-out

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can leave the WhatsApp group at any time, or reply STOP to stop messages. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential messages about a session you have already registered for.

Data retention and security

We keep registration data for as long as needed to run our programmes and meet legal obligations, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing. Email support@siddharthayoga.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our sessions are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
